Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Masjid Ibrahim website ("the site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Masjid Ibrahim is a non-profit community masjid located in Southern River, Western Australia. The site is provided to share prayer times, lectures, events, and information with the community.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems. Content on the site is provided for personal, non-commercial and educational use.

4. Donations

Donations made to Masjid Ibrahim are given Lillah (for the sake of Allah) to support the running and maintenance of the masjid and its programs. Please do not send Zakat to the general donation account — contact us for Zakat-eligible causes. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a payment was made in error, contact us and we will assist where possible.

5. Prayer Times & Information

Prayer times and other information are published in good faith and are specific to Masjid Ibrahim. While we strive for accuracy, times may be updated or corrected. Please confirm with the masjid office where certainty is required.

6. Intellectual Property

The name, logo, text, images and audio recordings on this site are the property of Masjid Ibrahim or used with permission, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. External Links & Third-Party Services

The site may link to or embed third-party services (e.g. PayPal, Mailchimp, Mixlr, WhatsApp, Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties and their use is subject to their own terms.
